Middle React Native Developer

We are looking for skillful Web Frontend Developers to join one of our teams working with US clients - referrals from the high-end American IT market.

Our tech stack is built around React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript. We are working with startups in their early stages (MVPs), which makes the job full of diverse and exciting challenges while crafting innovative solutions.

Required: 2+ years of commercial experience in developing mobile applications with React Native; JavaScript/TypeScript practitioner, expertise in modern frameworks and libraries, skilled in React.js and React Native

Your future tasks and duties:

Write clean and understandable code following best practices.
Care about understanding the business domain of a product
Contribute to product design improvements from a technical perspective, discuss implementation details
Actively participate in project discussions and propose solutions.
Attend client meetings, listen to client needs and propose solutions after consulting with the team.
Share insights with the team, diagnose issues, and focus on solutions.
Support other developers in the company by sharing your knowledge and suggesting better solutions

About you - Tech skills & Experience:

Experienced in mobile app development (2+ years)
Skilled in and enthusiastic about React.js and React Native
Familiarity with state/data management libraries/tools (e.g., ContextAPI, Hookstate, others)
Understands modern JavaScript and TypeScript, knows its pros and flaws, and follows best practices
Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest/Testing Library/Detox/other)
Familiarity with debugging tools
Ability to work with Apple Developer Center and Google Play Store
Familiarity with iOS and Android capabilities and platforms' basic features, such as location services, push notifications, etc.
Experience in 3rd party services integrations
You know how to work with REST APIs using modern tools (e.g., TanStack)

English level B2 to cooperate with American clients
Polish level C1 to communicate easily within the team
Motivate and inspire others through a proactive approach
Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues, suggest solutions, and make decisions based on project requirements.
Clear and constructive communication to share insights and convey information to team members and clients.
A proactive attitude to seek improvements, identify challenges, and take necessary actions to address risks and enhance productivity.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, open-source contributions
You understand what an MVP is and what to focus on when building it
Experience in integrating Swift/Objective-C/Java/Kotlin libraries with React Native
Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or others
Experience in web development

Experience with the Next.js framework
